How I Bone Broth - Jen Mullen, The Whole JAM

After pursuing a vegetarian diet, I realized it wasn’t working for my body and was lacking the nutrients I needed. I opted for Hale Bone Broth to give me the amino acids and minerals my body needed and I haven’t looked back since.

My favorite daily recipe is:

  • 1/2 large or 1 small lemon, squeezed

  • 1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2-3 Tbsp turmeric

  • Grind of black pepper

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • 1 cup hot HALE Bone Broth

All in a mug topped off with hot water. Enjoy!
