Turkey Fixings Soup
Trying to figure out what to do with all those leftovers from your Thanksgiving feast, use them in this healthy soup.
Ingredients:
2 quarts HALE Bone Broth
1 (10-ounce) box frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup rice or cauliflower rice
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 teaspoons dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Heat broth in sauce pot on simmer until hot.
Add remaining ingredients to pot and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
